Art Battle Wilmington brings live competitive painting to the heart of downtown Wilmington, transforming art into an unforgettable interactive experience. Our events feature talented local and regional artists creating original works of art live in front of an audience during fast-paced timed rounds. Guests watch the creative process unfold in real time, vote for their favorite artists, and have the opportunity to purchase the artwork through a live auction at the end of the night. More than an art show, Art Battle Wilmington is a high-energy community event that combines visual art, music, entertainment, and social connection.
Every event creates a welcoming atmosphere where artists, collectors, families, young professionals, and first-time art buyers can gather to celebrate creativity and support the local arts community. Artists compete using any style or medium, from abstract and surrealism to portraiture and pop culture-inspired work. Each event showcases a diverse range of artistic talent and gives emerging and established artists a platform to gain exposure, connect with new audiences, and sell their work directly to the public.
